Project Participants Familiarized Themselves with the Use of Agricultural Land in the Vicinity of Taldykorgan

The rational and environmentally safe use of land resources is one of the key priorities of modern agricultural policy. In this context, project participants conducted a field visit and became acquainted with the current state of agricultural land use in the vicinity of Taldykorgan.

The main objective of monitoring the use of agricultural land is to preserve soil fertility, protect natural resources, ensure ecological balance, and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production. In this regard, the monitoring system is aimed at preventing illegal or improper use of land, as well as violations of environmental legislation.

Moreover, effective land management contributes to enhancing the productivity of agricultural land, regulating the land market, and fostering the socio-economic development of rural areas.

These activities are carried out within the framework of the research program BR24993047 “Modern Challenges in the Regulation of Land Relations: Historical and Legal Analysis”, which is aimed at improving legal and institutional mechanisms for the governance and regulation of agricultural land use.
